The class vote
Your class picks a trip. How do we know the count is clean? Play and find out.

For grown-ups: what this game is about
The game shows five safeguards of a clean vote: secret ballot, one person one vote, a public count with witnesses, totals that match the voters, and published results anyone can verify.
It mentions no parties, candidates or real elections: it's a class choosing a trip. The same rules apply to a condo board, a club or a student council.
An idea for home: vote on Friday's movie with ballots, a box and one witness for each option.
Nothing is saved or sent. The child's vote exists only on the screen and is gone when the page closes.
The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (United Nations, 1948) puts it this way in Article 21(3):
“The will of the people shall be the basis of the authority of government; this will shall be expressed in periodic and genuine elections which shall be by universal and equal suffrage and shall be held by secret vote or by equivalent free voting procedures.”
