How we check
- Cabudare's editor chooses which rumors are investigated.
- We look for the original source and compare it with agencies, documents and outlets with a name and a date.
- We publish the verdict with its sources linked; the editor approves every fact-check before it is published.
- We never repeat insults or the names of private individuals. If we cannot verify it, we do not call it checked: at most it appears under "Unconfirmed", clearly labeled.
